Cost is a very important factor to understand how to run a business and what does cost really represent. The first thing about cost is to comprehend what is the company's target, the time frame of the returns invested, the technology involved and the resources necessary to create the product/service. Once all the data is entered and analyzed, a firms has to adapt the process to the many different economic scenarios of that specific deadline. Said that, I would like to ask why so many enterprises don't utilize this cycle? Why practice is different from theory? Because in the end, a human being is behind it, and that means previous experiences, prejudices, and the importance of maintaining a good image (narcissism) are added to the cycle. Because laying of hundreds or thousand of jobs appears to demonstrate a pseudism of control of the company, its really a great show. Cost is also used as a tool to compensate the lack of strategy and core concepts of a entrepreneur endeavor. Well, what do you all think?
